Tried to order room service. They said they didn’t have any. Call the restaurant to place order. Someone forgot me on the line. Called again oh yeah, I will call you when it’s ready. I waited for over an hour so I called again, which just being packaged. Got the food it was ice cold served in a box instead of a plate and everything was stuck together, that was disgusting. You have people working there that don’t speak. English can’t understand never stay there again.

The room layout was modern, clean and very spacious. I really liked how efficient the design was. Housekeeping was pretty thorough with the cleaning and each time my room was cleaned it felt new, and typically every towel was replaced with clean ones. The staff were very accommodating and nice.

Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast had an ok variety but nothing spectacular (standard hotel breakfast) staff at reception was friendly but not at the restaurant, we ended up eating elsewhere as there were plenty of better options within walking distance.

Check in was very easy and quick. Friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome and the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful to the people that weren’t sure how to use the waffle maker. They smiled the entire time.
